Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13(1)(ib)–Desertion–Ground of divorce –No effort was made by respondent-wife to resume the matrimonial relationship–Merely because on account of the death of the appellant’s mother the respondent visited her matrimonial home and stayed for only one day, it cannot be said that there was a resumption of cohabitation–Factum of separation has been proved–Case of desertion for a continuous period of more than two years–Appellant is entitled to get the divorce on this ground.
