Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 42(1)–Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 154–Merely because the concerned Station House Officer registered the FIR and dispatched the same to the superintendent of police, in compliance with the provisions of Code would not constitute the compliance of mandate to Sec. 42 of NDPS Act–Procedure contemplated in Sec. 42 should be followed separetely.
