Hindu Adoption & Maintenance Act, 1956–Sec. 7–Adoption–Fact of–Establishment–Both the defence witnesses admitted that they were totally unaware of the date and year of adoption–Defendant himself represented as the son of his natural father only–He was also recognized showing the name of his natural father–Revenue entries, receipt of panchayat, receipt of education cess and voter list showing the name of his natural father–Held, Court below rightly concluded that the fact of adoption is proved to be totally incorrect.
