Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 439–Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 8/22–Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985–Rule 65 & 67(a)(iii)(b)–Recovery of medicines mentioned in Schedule H–Recovery was made from the hospital–Petitioner is working as psychiatrist in the hospital–Medicines can be used for de-addiction of drug-adicts, however, it mandatorily requires that the record of said acquisition and bills be maintained for last two years–Conditions contained in Sec. 37 are duly satisfied–It would be just and proper to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
