Rajasthan Public Gambling Ordinance, 1949–Secs. 3/4–Offence provides the punishment of less than three years–Therefore, it comes in the purview of non-cognizable offence–FIR cannot be lodged by the Police–Held, competent Authority can file the complaint within the prriod of eight weeks–Ordered accordingly.
