Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 154–FIR–Reliability–Missing report of deceased was lodged after 10-12 days of the incident, however, it was not mentioned in it that the son of the deceased was also not traceable–If this fact was true, it was bound to be mentioned in the missing report–This omission is very significant and would have a bearing on the fate of the
prosecution case.
