Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 411–Conviction–Sustainability–No iota of evidence from which it can be inferred that the petitioner received the property from the co-accused knowing to be stolen except their confessional statements–Confessional statements are not corroborated with any other evidence and these can not be made the basis of conviction–Impugned judgments passed by the Courts below are liable to be set aside.
