Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2001–Applicability of provisions of Act–Held, provisions are applicable not only in the trial but also in all subsequent proceedings by way of revision or appeal–Further the provisions will be applicable even if the juvenile ceases to be a juvenile on or before 1.04.2001.
