Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302/34–Conviction–Sustainability–Co-accused A was also convicted for the same offence by the Trial Court but she has been acquitted by this Court in the criminal appeal–Present appellant and she are saddled with the same set of evidence with almost the same kind of allegations–Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances of the case, appellant is entitled to be acquitted.
