Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Secs. 88 & 188–Ex-parte decree–Set aside by RAA–Suit was filed by petitioners against dead persons–it was not maintainable–Decree was nullity and the question of restoration of suit could not have been arisen–Further, RAA rightly issued the direction to Tehsildar to make an inquiry and record the names of legal heirs of deceased-khatedar–Interference declined.
