Juvenile Justice (Care & Protection of Children) Act, 2015–Sec. 24–Service & Employment–Petitioner was convicted u/s. 302/201 & 34–Section 24 of the Act provides for no distinction between a juvenile who is under trial or who has been convicted–Section 24 would apply to the case of petitioner–He is held eligible for the post of constable.
