Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 21, Rule 32–Order of civil imprisonment for 40 days–Appreciation of–Plea of petitioner that they were not given the sufficient opportunity to defend themselves, is misplaced, inasmuch as the respondent-plaintiff seeking execution of the decree thrice filed execution petitions and these were duly contested by the petitioners–Petitioners filed various applications with a view to cause delay in the execution proceedings and have also approached to this Court by filing the writ petition–They concealed the fact of dismissal of their application under Order 21, Rule 40 r/w. Sec. 151 before this Court–Case of willfully disobeying of directions–Interference declined in the findings of punishment.
