Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 74–Scope–Once the Court is satisfied that judgment debtor(s) has/have resisted or obstructed without any just cause in execution of the decree, the detainment may be extended to thirty days–In the present case, Trial Court ordered to detain the petitioners for forty days which is not in consonance with the provisions of Sec. 74–Impugned order is modified up to the extent of thirty days.
