Rajasthan Prisoners Open Air Camp Rules, 1972–Rule 3–Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 376(2)(f)–Rejection of application on the ground that the prisoner was convicted for the offence u/s 376(2)(f)–Justification–Bar contained in Rule 3 is not an absolute bar and even the applications of the prisoners, who have been convicted for an offence or offences as specified under clause (d) of Rule 3 also deserve to be considered at their own merits–Impugned order quashed and directed to consider the application.
