Criminal Trial–Recovery of weapon–Reliability–Prosecution witness stated that when they intervened to save the deceased from accused, S snatched the kassi and thereafter, the injured alongwith the weapon was carried in their house–Recovery of kassi shown at the instance of appellant is falsified.
