Rajasthan Colonisation Act, 1954–Sec. 13-A–Cancellation of allotment–Petitioner was not in criteria of bona fide agriculturist–He submitted the wrong affidavit before seeking the allotment–At the time of submitting the affidavit, he was employed in R.F.C.–Any affidavit wrongly filed is a default which cannot be ignored when the State Welfare Scheme is implemented–Held, no interference is called for in the impugned order.
