Rajasthan Prisoners (Open Air Camp) Rules, 1972–Rule 3–Denial form transferring the petitioner to the Open Air Camp on the ground that he committed the murder of a Pakistani National while serving the sentence and he has been awarded the life sentence in that offence–Open Air Camp also falls within the definition of the prison and even after the transfer of a prisoner to Open Air Camp, his detention continues–Reasoning given by the Committee does not appear to be justified–Petitioner was awarded the jail punishment for his conduct–He was released on parole in pursuance of the order passed by this Court and after availing the parole, he returned to the jail peacefully–Directed to transfer the petitioner in Open Air Camp.
