Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Sec. 138–Direction of this Court that the cheque in question shall be open for examination of the expert–No action was taken by the Court below in light of the order passed by this Court–Held, trial Court is directed to dispose of the application for summoning the cheque and also consideration for examination by expert within a period of one month.
