Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Secs. 13 & 13-B–Decree of divorce–Contention of appellant-wife that she is agreed for the decree of divorce by mutual consent because she had not abandoned the respondent-husband and had left India on account of her professional obligatons while remaining open to communication–Parties have been living separately for a considerable length of time–Both the parties have expressed their unequivocal desire of bringing the marital relationship to an end–The decree on the ground of desertion is set aside–Marriage is dissolved with the direction to pay the amount of Rs. 25 lakh as permanent alimony.
