Indian Succession Act, 1925–Secs. 266, 267 & 276–Probate proceedings–Nature of–Trial Court is required to confine itself to the ingredients required for grant of probate only viz.- valid execution of will–The Court is not required to decide as to whether the disputed properties are joint properties or ancestral properties or not.
