agreement of sale–Decreed–Appreciation of–Defendants failed to file the reply of suit despite of several opportunities–Now, the same opportunity cannot be granted at appellate stage –Trial Court rightly decreed the suit on the basis of oral and documentary evidence–However, amount of decree is modified because of enhancement in price.
