Evidence Act, 1872–Secs. 65 & 66–Secondary evidence was marked as the exhibit without following the procedure prescribed in Secs. 65 & 66–Order is illegal and set aside–However, Public Prosecutor is free to file the application u/s. 75 of Evidence Act.
