Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 94–Ownership–Claim of–Admissibility–Contrary evidence available on record that the plaintiff addressed and sent a letter to State Govt. with a request that he wants to move into and use one of the chambers of the temple for religious ritual ‘sahastrachandi prayog’–Permission was granted to him which was valid for a month–Other letters were also written time to time–These documents were accepted by plaintiff and their language is plain and unambiguous–Signatures of plaintiff were found on these letters–Section 94 of Evidence Act comes into play and defendantare not required to prove the veracity of these documents.
