Rajasthan Stamp Act, 1998–Art. 37(b)–Circular up to effect that for the document mentioned in Art. 37(b) relating to the mortgage of movable/immovable property without possession, the stamp duty will be payable as per the notifications issued from time to time–Circular dated 28.12.2020 is required to be considered before charging the stamp duty–Impugned order set aside and matter remanded back for reconsideration.
