Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988–Sec. 5(2)–Situation of Special Judge while trying the offences under the Act–Held, Special Judge has the dual powers of the Session Judge as well as the Magistrate–Such a Special Judge conducts the proceedings under the Court both prior to the filing of charge sheet as well as after the filing of charge sheet for holding of trial.
