Land Acquisition Act, 1894–Secs. 4 & 6–Acquisition of land for the establishment of a new and separate industrial area–RIICO has already deposited the entire amount–Khatedars/interested persons are held entitled for allotment of 20% residential /industrial developed land and 5% commercial developed land–Option of cash compensation is also kept in the policy–Notification was published in two daily newspapers which are recognized and registered and are having vide circulation–Most of landowners have withdrawn their writ petitions–Larger interest of local population–Interference declined.
