Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956–Sec. 82–Reference–Allowed by BOR–Writ petition against the order–Dismissed–Instant special appeal–Survey records of Svt. 2002 and land records of Svt. 2011-12 reveals that the land comprised in the erstwhile khasra no. 257, admeasuring 17 bighas was recorded as Johad Refayaam, i.e., a public utility water source–Out of the total area, 16 biswas was recorded as uncultivable land forming part of the pond itself–Husband/father of performa respondent nos. 3 to 6, in active collusion with officials of the Land Management and Revenue Department, succeeded in getting the land recorded in his name–Subsequent sale deed and mutations are clearly vitiated–Held, no infirmity, illegality, or perversity is found in the impugned order.
