I/3(5) of BNS, 2023]–Conviction–Prayer to reduce the sentence–Occurrence has taken place in the year 1992–Appellant nos. 1 & 2 have undergone a period of more than one and half months and appellant no. 3 has undergone about one year and four month’s incarceration–It would be just and proper if the sentence is reduced up to the period of already undergone by them–Directed accordingly.
