Medical Jurisprudence–Case of prosecution that the appellant murdered the deceased by throttling her and then threw the dead body in the well–Cause of death was opined the obstruction of the respiratory passage because of compression of the neck–Medical opinion up to the effect that the external injuries could have been caused on account of falling into the well from a height–No marks on the body which could indicate that the deceased had been strangulated–Neither any ligature mark was visible nor was any pressure applied to the wind pipe–Case of prosecution is belied by the medical evidence.
