Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996–Sec. 34(3)–Setting aside of arbitral award–Limitation for–Objection u/s. 34 can be raised within a period of three months and for any sufficient reason which may be put before the Court, one month further time may be granted to condone the delay–The period cannot be extended beyond 120 days in any circumstance–Prayer of the petitioner that after passing of the award, the time spent before the Settlement Committee should be declared as dies non, cannot be accepted–Objection was rightly rejected as barred by limitation.
