Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 311–Order as regard to rejection of application u/s. 311 is an interlocutory order and it is not revisable–Revisional Court acted without jurisdiction–Order impugned is bad in the eyes of law and deserves to be quashed and set aside.
