Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 498-A, 406 & 323–FIR for the offence–Prayer for quashing–Petitioner no. 2 is the sister of complainant’s husband and petitioner no. 1 is brother-in-law–They are residents of Ghaziabad–No direct evidence against the petitioners that they caused any cruelty or instigated or conspired with the husband to commit the alleged offences–Bald allegations of physical assault have been made against the petitioners–Provisions of Sec. 323 are not attracted because no physical injury has been mentioned attributed to the petitioners–No indication that the petitioners came to Suratgarh from Ghaziabad to commit any act amounting to criminal breach of trust–No ingredient of offence u/s. 498-A is also made out from the contents of FIR–FIR qua the petitioners deserves to be quashed.
