Limitation Act, 1963–Art. 129–Scope–Provision prescribes a period of limitation of thirty days for filing an application for possession after removing resistence or obstruction of delivery of possession of immovable property decreed or sold in execution of a decree–This period is to be counted from the date of resistence or obstruction–Appellants raised objections to the execution of the decree concerning handing over of possession on 18.01.2019 and respondent no. 1 filed the application for removal of obstruction on 11.02. 2019, which is well within the limitation.
