Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996–Rule 157(1)–Cancellation of patta–Patta can be issued only for an old house which was constructed more than 50 years before from the commencement of Rules–In the present case, there is no old house for which a patta can be issued–Findings recorded by the Revisional Authority are perfectly justified–Interference declined.
