Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 125 [Corresponding Sec. 144 of BNSS, 2023 ]–Maintenance of Rs. 10,000/- per month to respondent-wife and Rs. 6,000/- per month to daughter–Under challenge–Family Court has judiciously exercised its discretion in determining the maintenance–Amount awarded is not only appropriate but is also a necessary sum to ensure the basic sustenance–It is not the function of the Revisional Court to re-evaluate the factual matrix or to substitute its own judgment merely because a different conclusion may be possible on the same set of facts–Interference declined.
