Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 24–Prayer for transfer of proceedings with the apprehension that the petitioner would not get the justice–Plea up to effect that the Court below jointly decided two applications–If the petitioners are aggrieved by any of order on merits, they can challenge the same before the appropriate Court–It cannot be said that the interest of justice shall not be taken care of–Petition is liable to be dismissed.
