Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 47 r/w. Order 21, Rule 46–Order passed on the application under Sec. 47 r/w. Order 21, Rule 46–Remedy against–Writ petition under Art. 227 would be maintainable as Sec. 47 has been deleted in definition of clause 2(2) w.e.f. 1-2-1977–Execution appeal would not lie against such order.
