Motor Vehicles Act, 1988–Sec. 149–Ply of the vehicle beyond the limit of permit–Liability for paying the compensation–Insurance Policy speaks that it would not cover the use for (a) Organized Racing, (b) Pace Making (c) Reliability Trials (d) Speed Testing (e) Use whilest drawing a trailer except the towing of any one disable mechanically propelled vehicle–The Vehicle was taken beyond the limit of route permit, which is not covered under these Clauses–It is not the case of the respondents that the vehicle was being plied with the passengers beyond the route limit–Findings of the Tribunal exonerating the Insurance Company from the liablity to pay the compensation are illegal and perverse.
