Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987–Sec. 20–After the matter was referred to Lok Adalat, it decided the same ex-parte in spite of the fact that the petitioner was absent–Impugned order is liable to be quashed and set aside–The matter is restored to the dock of the Trial Court.
