Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9–Bonafide necessity of land-lord for his own business–His financial condition–Relevancy–The lack of financial assurance or funding cannot be permitted to be the determining factor in adjudicating a claim of bonafide necessity for conducting business on the shops so rented by the land-lord–If the financial constraints of an individual are permitted to act as a determining factor in adjudicating the claim of bonafide necessity, then it would be subservient/contradictory as sought to be vacated on reasonable and bonafide necessity.
