Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 362 & 482–With regard to the same prayer, the earlier petition has been dismissed–Whether the instant petition can be held maintainable–Held, no–It would invariablally amount to review the earlier order which is barred u/s. 362 Cr.P.C.–It is not permissible even under the inherent powers possessed by this Court–Sec. 482 does not confer any new powers on the High Court, it only saves the inherent power which the Court possessed before the commencement of the Code.
