Deed & Documents–Agreement–Genuineness–Plea of defendant that the signatures were obtained on blank papers–First two papers of agreement were written on stamp papers and signatures of defendant no. 1 find on bottom whereas on the third page, his signatures are in middle where the agreement came to end–No evidence from the side of defendant to show the agreement forged and prepared document by using the signatures on blank stamp paper–Further, he admitted in cross-examination that he was present in Dholpur at the relevant time–No clarification as to why he made the signatures on blank papers–Statements of plaintiff and his witnesses are found corroborative to each other–Execution of agreement is established.
