Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996–Sec. 11(6)–Application for appointment of arbitrator–Dispute requires for appointment of an arbitrator because Clause 70 of the agreement reflects for doing so and notice for raising the dispute for arbitration has been given by the appellant–Ordered accordingly.
