Possession–Suit for–Dismissed by appellate Court by reversing the decree of trial Court–Appreciation of–Stand of respondent-defendants that they purchased the land through regd. sale deed from S and their possession was regularised by Panchayat by receiving the requisite amount–Both were the necessary party, however, not impleaded as a necessary party–Further, there is no whisper in the order of Jagir Commissioner about the possession of former Jagirdar over the suit property–Requisite inquiry was also not conducted by the Jagir Commissioner for determining private property of erstwhile Jagirdar–Held, findings were rightly reversed by first appellate Court.
