Rajasthan Urban Improvement Trust Act, 1959–Change in use of land–Declined–Plot in question was allotted for commercial-cum-residential purpose for establishment of Nursing Home–Change of user was approved after receiving the sum of Rs. 24,71,353/- State Govt. resiled from the change of user when the revised building plan was filed–It cannot be said that any concession was availed by the allottee–Respondents could have rejected the application for change of user at the very inception–Impugned decisions of Govt. and U.I.T. are liable to be quashed.
