Rajasthan Prisoners Open Air Camp Rules, 1972–Rule 3(d)–Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 376DA, 366A, 363 & 506–Sentence of imprisonment for the remainder of natural life–Case falls in the ambit of Rule 3(d) for sending the petitioner in Open Air Camp–But the words “shall ordinarily not eligible for being sent the prisoner to the Open Air Camp” do not absolutely prohibit the entitlement of the prisoner for consideration of the case–Case of the petitioner has to be considered by the Committee taking into account the special and exceptional circumstances as projected by him–Directed for reconsideration of the case.
