Civil Jurisprudence–Decree obtained by reason of commission of fraud–Such decree is rendered void and it will render all subsequent proceedings pursuant thereto also as nullity and it would be wholly inequitable to confer a benefit of such decree upon a party who is beneficiary thereunder.
