Limitation Act, 1963–Sec. 22–Continuing wrong–Scope for the constitution–If the wrongful act causes the injury which is complete, there is no continuing wrong even though the damage resulting from the act may be continues–However, if a wrongful act is of such a character that the injury caused by it itself continues than the act continues a continuing wrong.
