Criminal Trial–Vehicle used in offence–Identification of–Marks of tyres of motor-cycle–No evidence or reference that anyone from FSL or Police lifted the marks of the tyre from the place of offence so that they can be compared with the tyre marks of alleged motorcycle–Further the marks of motorcycle tyre which were received by FSL was not in a sealed condition–Held, tyre marks of motorcycle could not be relied upon for establishing that the alleged motorcycle was used in offence.
