Permanent Injunction–Decree of–Plea of the appellant that the relief was sought for closing the ventilators whereas Trial Court granted the relief of closure of the window as well, therefore, the relief which was not prayed, was granted–A quite independent and different relief cannot be granted unless sought for, however, ancilliary relief to do complete justice, may be granted –Held, it cannot be said that the Trial Court granted what was not prayed for.
